దరఖాస్తుల ప్రక్రియలో దశలు

అర్హతలు :

1) పెట్టుబడి అవసరమైన చిరు వ్యాపారులు అనగా కూరగాయలు అమ్మేవారు, పండ్లు అమ్మేవారు, టిఫిన్ సెంటర్ నిర్వాహకులు, రహదారుల మీద, ఫుట్ పాత్ ల మీద అమ్మేవారు, 5×5 చదరపు మీటర్ల స్థలంలో దుకాణాలు నడిపేవారు అర్హులు.

2) అంతేకాకుండా, స్థానిక సాంప్రదాయ చేతివృత్తి నిపుణులు కూడా అర్హులే. ఉదా: బొమ్మలు తయారీదారులు, ఇత్తడి వస్తువుల తయారీదారులు, తోలు బొమ్మల తయారీదారులు, లేసుల తయారీదారులు, బొబ్బిలి వీణ తయారీదారులు, కళంకారీ కళాకారులు.

3) వడ్డీ లేని (సున్నా వడ్డి) రూ 10,000 ఆర్థిక సహాయం బ్యాంకుల నుండి ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

4) నెలసరి కంతులు (EMI) క్రమం తప్పకుండా చెల్లించేవారి ఖాతాలలో వడ్డీ మొత్తాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం జమ చేస్తుంది.

లబ్దిదారుల ఎంపిక :

1) గ్రామ/వార్డు వాలంటీర్లు & గ్రామ/వార్డు సచివాలయాల శాఖ వారి అనువర్తనం (యాప్) ద్వారా గ్రామ/వార్డు వాలంటీర్లు సర్వే నిర్వహించాలి.

Steps in the application process

Qualifications:

1) Small traders who need investment i.e. vendors selling vegetables, fruits, tiffin center operators, sellers on roads, footpaths, shopkeepers in 5 × 5 square meter space are eligible.

2) In addition, local traditional craftsmen are also eligible. Eg: Toys Manufacturers, Brass Manufacturers, Leather Toys Manufacturers, Lace Manufacturers, Bobbili Veena Manufacturers, Art Artists.

3) Interest free (zero interest) Rs.10,000 / – financial assistance is provided by banks.

4) The government will deposit the amount of interest in the accounts of regular payers of monthly installments (EMI).

Beneficiary Selection:

1) Village / Ward Volunteers & Village / Ward Volunteers Department should conduct the survey of Village / Ward Volunteers through their application (app). Download App

2) Applications need to be downloaded from pre-populated data

3) Applications should be printed

4) Applicants’ signatures / fingerprints should be taken on the applications. Also photos, Aadhaar card, rice card should be copied.

Coordination with banks:

1) Loans do not come as long as just the applications are given in the banks

2) Banks consider applications. Those who have already received loans,

Remove those who do not make timely payments and select the eligible ones.

3) A list of eligible persons should be obtained from the banks.

4) Banks should co-operate in sanctioning loans to eligible applicants.

Eg: Filling out bank account applications, verifying loan approval documents, enlisting the assistance of bank correspondents to utilize fingerprinting equipment for applicants’ biometric attendance.

6) The cooperation of VVOA, CC, APM & Area Coordinators should be sought in rural areas.

In urban areas the cooperation of resource persons, community organizers, city mission organizers and technicians in MEPMA should be sought.

7) The Joint Collectors (Village, Ward Secretariats & Development) should issue appropriate directions to the DRDDA & MEPMA Project Managers to achieve the objectives.

Things to do for MPDVs & Municipal Commissioners :::

1) The list of eligible candidates should be submitted to the District Collectors through the Joint Collectors (Village, Ward Secretariats & Development).

2) Lead should coordinate with the bank manager.

3) Under the guidance of the Joint Collector (Village, Ward Secretariats & Development) Bank wise, Bank Branch wise, Debt Action Plan should be prepared.

4) Ask the Lead District Manager to convene a committee meeting of district level bankers.

5) At the district level bankers’ committee meeting, the loan action plan should be approved along with Jaganna todu

6) Ensure that district bankers’ committee orders reach all bank branches.

7) Coordinate with bank managers, get approvals and be ready for loan disbursement along with Jaganna todu

8) As per the decision of the government, loans should be disbursed to small traders on the inauguration day of the scheme along with Jaganna todu
